What is Grace and Grit's average order processing time?
Orders are typically ready to be shipped same or next business day, but can take up to 3 business days. For current processing time, or to request an order be expedited, please feel free to contact us.
What if I chose the wrong size when I ordered?
Oops! Please contact us as soon as possible and if the order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to fulfill your order with the correct size, assuming it's in stock. Otherwise, we can work with you to process a return/exchange.
How do discount and promotional codes work?
Discount and promotional codes can be entered on the checkout page. They must be provided during the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discount and promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offers, but remember that we ALWAYS offer free shipping to U.S. addresses!
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount and to modify or cancel a promotion at any time.
What is the average shipping time of a Grace and Grit order?
We ship all packages first class mail via USPS which typically takes 2-3 business days on average. Grace and Grit is not responsible for delays caused by the USPS, weather, or other events outside of our control.
How do I track my Grace and Grit order?
You can track your order via the USPS tracking number delivered in the shipping confirmation e-mail you received.
What if I submitted the wrong shipping address with my order?
Oops! Please contact us as soon as possible and if the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to have it sent to the correct address. Unfortunately, Grace and Grit is unable to edit an address after a package has already shipped, and is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly. However, you can contact USPS to inquire if they are able to assist you.
If an address is incorrect and a package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receiving the returned package, we will issue you a refund. If you would like the items shipped to the correct address, please place a new order.
What if the package I receive contains an incorrect or damaged item(s)?
We are so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of the incorrect or damaged item so that we can work to fix the problem. Please take a picture of the product(s) as we will request an image be sent via e-mail to email@example.com.
